2. Services
We provide services including but not limited to:
Services may be offered as one-time projects or recurring services.
3. Payments
Payments are accepted via credit card, Payoneer, ACH, and wire transfer
Pricing may be fixed or custom
Payment Terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
Failure to complete final payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available within 7 days and only if work has not started
No refunds will be issued once work has commenced
No refunds after project completion
5. Revisions & Scope
Revisions are provided as mutually agreed
Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and charged separately
6. Project Delays
If the client delays providing required content or feedback, timelines will be extended
If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days, the project will be considered complete and full payment will be due
7. Ownership
Full ownership of the project is transferred only after full payment is received
Jay Anwer Designs reserves the right to showcase work unless otherwise agreed
8. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools, themes, or plugins. Licensing terms may vary and are subject to third-party policies.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us
Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and applicable international eCommerce regulations.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
