Refund Policy

Effective Date: Jan 1, 2026

At Jay Anwer Designs, we strive to deliver high-quality services. Due to the nature of
digital services, the following refund policy applies:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only granted if:

• Requested within 7 days of payment, AND
• Work has not yet started
  

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• Work has already begun
• The project has been completed
• Client delays or becomes unresponsive
• Scope has been approved and executed  
  

3. Deposits

Initial deposits are refundable only if work has not started

4. Client Delays

If the client fails to respond for 30 days or delays the project:

• The project will be considered active/completed
• Full payment will still be required

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks and must contact us directly for resolution.
