4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Respond in a timely manner

Failure to do so will delay the project.

5. Delays

  • Client-caused delays will extend deadlines
  • Deadlines are not guaranteed

6. Ownership

Ownership is transferred only after full payment is received.

7. Hosting & Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools.
We are not responsible for third-party outages or issues.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • SEO rankings
  • Traffic or conversions
  • Business outcomes
